Each Sound Bath includes crystal singing bowls, gong, Koshi chimes, 9 bar chime, ocean drum, rain stick, and toungue drum.
What's a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where attendees are “bathed” by sound vibrations. A sound practitioner uses healing instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, percussion, and other instruments to guide participants into a relaxing meditative state.
